Scrub oak trees and magnificent palm trees welcome guests upon arrival to The Flying Dutchman. Inside, an abundance of windows and natural light fill the home. The first level is home to the main living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a generous-sized kitchen table surrounded by windows. The living room is ideal for the entire family to relax on a large sectional sofa that can seat all 10 guests while enjoying a movie night on the flat-screen TV. To the left, a Florida room is enwrapped with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the private pool. The Florida room also features a twin-sized day bed with a twin trundle- offering additional sleeping arrangements apart from the three bedrooms.

With three bedrooms, there is no shortage of sleeping arrangements made to accommodate the entire family. The first bedroom is ideal for young adults and children, and features a twin/full bunk bed with a twin trundle. A jack and jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo is sandwiched between the first and second bedrooms. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom, a king-suite, is the most grand. Located on the second floor, the king suite is situated on the entire level. In addition to a large king-sized bed, a flat-screen, TV, and a spacious bathroom, this bedroom features private access to the rooftop deck that overlooks the pool. The rooftop deck is perfect for sunbathing with lounging chairs and the soothing sound of palm trees.
