Leave the stress of the city behind with a genuine beach house holiday. The home’s four bright, spacious bedrooms each have their own charm. Each room is furnished with comfy adult-sized beds, plush linens, and smart TVs. The two bedrooms upstairs have direct access to the balconies.

There are two master suites with king-sized beds, making this home perfect for two families. One master bedroom on the second floor has both a king-sized bed and a full bed. This room is finished in pleasant blue tones like the rest of the house and features a wet bar and ensuite bathroom. The other master suite is on the ground floor of the home and features a king-sized bed, leather reading couch, and ensuite bathroom.

The other two bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds and plenty of storage space to unpack your belongings, and each has easy access to a shared full bathroom. A sofa bed is available to accommodate additional guests.

There is a convenient outdoor shower so you can rinse off after a day at the beach or pool to avoid tracking sand through the house.

The heart of this beautiful bright beach house features 10-foot ceilings, large windows with views of the pool and palm trees, and an open concept for an airy feel. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with elegant white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

The beach bar-breakfast island is a fantastic feature of this space with its high countertop and tall stools. This area is great for a quick snack, serving cocktails, or group dinners during your vacation.

Dine in style on the six-seater solid wood dining table and upholstered dining chairs. A cozy corner dining area for four adds some extra seating to the space to accommodate everyone indoors during meal time.

The lounge with its two large leather sofas and 60” HDTV is a super comfy spot when you want to kick back and relax indoors on your vacation after a day spent in the sun.

Step outside the living room for access to the sparkling heated pool and dreamy patio. You’ll love relaxing in the sunshine beside the private pool in this stunning area. Complete with six loungers, a large couch, a Weber propane grill, and outdoor dining furniture, this area is the perfect place for multiple families to soak up the sun and breathe the fresh sea air.

The pool is serviced twice a week to keep the water crystal clear and refreshing. The back deck gets morning shade, making it a great place to sip your morning coffee. With sunshine all afternoon, the pool area is ideal for tanning and swimming.

The sandy shores of the beach are within walking distance - a mere 300 steps to be exact, perfect for a daily outing. A golf cart is available for your convenience to get around the neighborhood. Feel free to use the beach chairs, umbrella, and paddle board provided to have fun at the beach!

Guest Access:

Guests of our gorgeous beach home have complete access to all of the amenities and appliances during their stay. Self-check-in via keypad makes life easy and allows you to make yourself truly at home without worrying about keys.

The pool can be heated during your stay at a $60/day rate collected separately.

This is a pet-friendly home for a maximum of two pets. Should you wish for your furry friend to join you on your special getaway, there is a $50/day fee for each pup that will also be collected separately.

**The golf cart is available for rental**. The cart must be rented for your entire stay at the seasonal rate for a 6-seater cart, also collected separately (please see the image detailing rental rates). High Season rental rate is $125/day.

There is free secure parking on the premises, as well as a Nest doorbell camera to monitor the front side of the home for your security.

***Important****A note about packing an empty refrigerator- If you pack the fridge with mostly room temperature products or leave the door open for a bit while packing your food, it will take 24 hours or more to cool your food and drinks. Even with a new refrigerator like ours. Although we try not to disrupt your stay, We do have pool cleaners, landscapers, pest control and other maintenance workers who visit the house regularly to keep everything maintained. You must allow them to do their work, you cannot turn them away.
