"Convenient and friendly welcoming reception Room was comfortable and a good size with balcony looking over roof tops out to sea. "A cracking period property in a great location - who could complain about a 1 minute walk to the Earl & Spencer? Heaps of room for a family of 5, and plenty of reading material provided. Loved the Bay window seat with views over the harbour.
