We enjoyed our stay here, lovely park and really clean. Staff were very friendly and extremely organised by sending us instructions early on how to get our key and how to find our accommodation as our flights were delayed. I have no problems recommending this park to family and friends. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice stay in Albany

Our 2 bedroom unit was clean and tidy with nice sofas in the lounge. Some furniture or shelves to put things on would have been good in the bedrooms and the fan in the bathroom sounded like a 747. The camp is close to town and we found it really handy

Great cabin and park for a family

Good location, ammenities and tidy grounds. Quiet. Friendly welcome and staff. Cabin well equipped and tidy. Little issues noted: Standard shower leaks outside stall a little so bathmat can become soggy however could dry outside undercover easily enough, toilet area sometimes emitted a smell for an hour or so (just shut the bathroom door) and although tidy and clean, behind furniture had dusty corners. The unit had a slight damp smell on first entering but the aircon heated the cabin well and removed smell. Overall great cabin for a family with a good sized living area and seating and would come back again.

The cabin was clean and furnishings were very good.The down side was we couldn't get the wall heater/air conditioner to heat sufficiently to keep warm. We bought our own food down with us to cook, the kitchen items were very basic (we couldn't open any tins as there was no opener for example). We go away quite often and places we stay at we like to keep clean while we are there....there was only one dish cloth, no cleaner to clean cook top and kitchen surfaces. Unfortunately there were no condiments or oils to help cook. We did have our King Charles Spaniel with us, so perhaps that is why we had a small basic cabin, but apart from that we were able to have a quiet four days. Thanks
