Welcome to Long Canyon Desert Oasis. This beautiful home is an acreage home but yet with very close proximity to Palm Springs without Palm Springs no music rule, yes, you are able to play music outdoors at our property via cell phone/laptop level before 10pm. This is just the beginning, the best part? Stunning mountain views, large mineral springs salt water pool and spa. You can experience the healing waters without having to go to near by spas. There is plenty of nature and trees around the property which gives it a true desert oasis feel.

Entertainment:
Outdoor corn hole, ladder toss, giant connect 4, yatzee, practice golf, bocce ball, badminton/volleyball nets+rackets, soccer net+ball, xoxo and so much more. For indoor entertainment: we added board games, karaoke machine with a mic, basketball game, beer pong and 2 arcades (last 3 items in AC garage) game console (game console stick build in with 20000+games with 15 emulators and of course comfy couch and memory foam bean bags), books for those wishing to catch up learning about mineral springs or research your latest hike.

This home is stylish with neutral decor and yet has a relaxing and cozy feel with a touch of gram.

KITCHEN/LIVING:
The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded new stainless steel appliances, fully equipped and stocked kitchen, all that and more will exceed all of your culinary expectations. It is airy and spacious, with plenty of space for all your culinary aspirations will encourage you to stay in the kitchen. Things you would not typically find in a vacation rental: spices, lobster & crab utensils & lobster pot, bread maker, rice cooker with multi functions of being a slow cooker, steamer saute & warmer & of course all the other gadgets as per amenities list.

Coffee Lovers:
We got you covered! We have drip coffee machine, coffee grinder machine with beans provided, Keurig (with a handful starter of pods provided), Nespresso (with a handful starter of pods provided) and Armenian/Turkish coffee pot provided with expresso coffee cup set for those connoisseurs that appreciate it.

BBQ Lovers:
There is a large propane BBQ under the outdoor kitchen pergola, in addition to that, we provide coal BBQ ( Armenian, Iranian, Turkish, Mexican manga, kabob type) with coal disposal bin. Please ensure to bring coal with you and use it responsibly. Users assume full responsibility for usage of these amenities.

Smoke Lovers:
Please ensure to smoke outside only, there is 3 silver ashtrays provided thought the outdoors with a cover and convenient cigarette holder. Please do not litter.

INDOOR+OUTDOOR GAMES:
This home features plenty of board games for adults and children, 2 arcades and indoor basketball game in the garage, beer pong table+cups.
Outdoor fun is completed with cornhole and horseshoe, tic tac toe, giant connect 4, ladder toss, spike ball, bowling, a couple of golf practice games, one to shoot golf in the buckets and shooting net, balls and club, soccer net and ball, yardzee, giant hence, bocce ball court.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Venture out to the outdoor patio for the fun in the sun and be surrounded with beautiful tropical landscaping and mountain views. This property is great for company and health retreats. The property has a very relaxing vibe and is surrounded by health spas but yet with so many amenities and privacy, a good place to have fun with friends or family. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. The pool and spa are heated for additional fee in the late fall to end of spring months. BBQ island and bar seating for those wishing to be in shaded area by pool, it is right next to it. The spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing (you are on acreage and can see a lot of stars) after a long day of exploring. All of your guests will be comfortable with ample outdoor seating complete with dining set, lounging set, lounges and chairs surrounding the fire pit. For those who decide to stay up a little later, the fire pit is a perfect feature with which to wind down the day. Please ensure to turn off via key, before leaving the area.

BEDROOMS/BATHS:
The 5 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 2.5 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the s, smart TVs located throughout house, in living room and both primary bedrooms. You’ll also stay connected with highest speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included.
This home features comfortable bedrooms all with their own unique charms. Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

Bathrooms: are stocked with vegan premium toiletries in dispensaries as we focus on sustainability where possible. There is also a clothing drying rack provided as well as 2 washers and dryers,

MAIL/SHIPPING TO THE PROPERTY:
NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We do not have access to owner mailboxes. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home.

POOL|SPA:
Pool: This is a mineral springs salted pool, the heating is $100/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

Please note that this property gets weekly pool service by Mario on Monday and Thursday.

FITNESS ITEMS+YOGA & HAMOCK LOUNGE:
In the shaded outdoor pavilion, there is a hammock lounge with 2 hammocks, with side tables. Yoga items such as 2 mats, stretching bands, some weights, push up bars, roller, Pilates ring, resistance bands, balance balls, 2 skipping ropes, 12 pound kettle weight, 2 point and 5 pounds weights. We are hoping to put in the gym by March April, if interested inquire.


PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet`s stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.

PARKING:
Please utilize the garage and the driveway of the property. There`s also room to park to the right of the driveway (on the dirt ground) but please ensure that all vehicles are within the property gates. There is plenty of parking for at least 6-7 vehicles in the gated property. If you need additional parking, please inquire, we can give you access to the next lot’s driveway, which is fenced, right infield front of large double RV garage.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out

CHECKOUT DUTIES:
If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. There is also toys and books for little ones. By using them, parents take off full responsibility of which games or toys they give to their children as per amenity list, we provide them for all ages, please ensure appropriateness. Outlet covers are provided but parents would cover which outlets they wish and remove them at the end of the stay. Baby gate, baby bath and changing table will be founded in one of the two primary closets, please let us know 24 hours in advance if you intend to use those items.
