"The hotel is in a great location, super friendly staff. Great pool and grounds. Comfy beds with sound machine and fridge in room. Would love better coffee/ breakfast options in lobby but otherwise would definitely return and recommend."

"As most other people reviewed, this is an old property that does not meet Hyatt standards. Building need lots of improvements. If it were a lower grade hotel chain I would have given it a better review. If you are expecting Hyatt quality, you will be disappointed. The hotel is right downtown with lots of good restaurants and shops. It's worth staying there because of the nice area. Just don't expect much from the hotel quality."
