Great for groups both inside and out. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. Enjoy hardwood floors throughout the main level and carpet upstairs. An updated, modern kitchen provides the perfect heart of this home complete with all the essentials you'll need.
The Master Bedroom is complete with a large en-suite tile shower and separate vanity as well as two spacious closets. Enjoy the king size memory foam Nest bed and comfy linens. This bedroom also includes a smart tv.
The two main level bedrooms are located down the hallway from the kitchen and adjacent to the main level full bath complete with a tile shower and tub. Each bedroom has a plush, queen size bed.
Outdoors you'll enjoy an acre of wooden and natural grass area with abundant wildlife such as deer, turkey, fox, and lots of birds. The large, glass sided deck provides the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or your evening beverages.
Please note indoor fireplace is not for guest use.
Just a short walk through the yard grants guests access to Water Works Park, one of America’s largest urban parks.
