Altea is perfect for exploring Lake Como and relaxing in a welcoming and practical environment.

A brand new location inaugurated in October 2025, in the heart of the village: Altea overlooks the garden and is just steps from bars, restaurants, shops, and the beaches, with La Foppa beach nearby.

Upon entering, you immediately sense the connection with nature: we chose refined materials such as wood, marble, and onyx paneling, recalling the authentic beauty of Lake Como. The windows overlook the garden, for a relaxing experience in contact with nature, and the large shower is an inviting plus.

The bright living room features a comfortable sofa bed. The charm of the lake in every season—the colors become clearer in winter and brighter in summer—is charming, and the light filtering through Altea's windows adds a special touch.

Live in a truly healthy and natural environment: in our apartments, cleanliness is not just hygiene, it's well-being!

We use only effective microorganisms, an innovative, eco-friendly technology that not only cleans thoroughly but also regenerates the environment completely naturally.

Cosmique is made up of four independent stylish apartments – Altea, Callisto, Sidera and Dafni – hosting up to 12 guests in total. It is the ideal choice for groups of friends or large families who want to share their holiday while still enjoying their own privacy and personal space.
