We had a warm and friendly welcome. The room was spacious and had good storage and a good size bed. It was on the ground floor and we had worried there might be noise, but actually that was fine. Good sized shower room and good supply of tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits. We had an enjoyable stay

We stayed at Littleover Lodge for 2 nights in the mezzanine room with our toddler whilst visiting family in the area. The room was huge, albeit a bit basic, with a downstairs area that was great for our toddler to play in, and the hotel provided us with a travel cot for him. Everything was clean and tidy. The rooms are a bit dated and are maybe due a bit of TLC, but it doesn't affect the experience. We were in the room right next to the pub and couldn't hear anything, even on the bank holiday Sunday when they had live music on. The breakfast is only continental, but there was a good variety so it suited us and for the price you can't complain! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to checking out earlier than the reception opened. We also had a dinner in the restaurant and the food is delicious, so would definitely recommend booking a table if you are staying! Overall a great stay, and we will book again when we come back.

Excellent facilities as were food and staff. Outside DJ on Friday a bit unexpected and disturbance on Saturday night. However weekends will always attract some overindulgence. Overall, Littleover Lodge is an excellent choice

This hotel is perfect for the less mobile person. The rooms are in little bungalow type buildings with a free parking space right outside your door an en’suit bathroom rooms are big enough for wheelchair manouverability and kettle and tea and coffee& milk etc. The continental breakfast is included and the dining room is just yards away with ramp access. First class. Thank you for a friendly weekend. Will be back I’m sure

I booked this property cautiously, because it seemed too good to be true...£70 for the suite on the Friday of bank holiday weekend, including dog & continental breakfast! I'm delighted to say that I found a little gem! As an added bonus the food on the Friday evening was delicious & reasonably priced...thankyou!
