Starting to look quite tired and a little drab, but acceptable for the price. Service from the staff was excellent - they were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Food at the restaurant was pretty dreadful, and not really acceptable even at the relatively low prices charged.

Sadly couldn't enjoy the breakfast as had to make an early start. Decent price, easy parking, could hear other guests through the wall. One noisy late night takeoff from the airport but if you stay by the airport, that's a risk you run! Staff were friendly.

Staff are very good, lots of good food places nearby. Rooms are of a good size. Only downside I noticed was that the pillows and duvet definitely need changing. The hotel location is very convenient for Derby , Nottingham and Leicester. Of course I would book again.
