Spacious & Private Suite in a Central location

Relax and rejuvenate in your own private basement guest suite w/separate entrance. Catch up on your favorite tv shows or unwind with some games. Fill up your cup with some fresh coffee or hot tea in the morning before venturing out to explore. Centrally located, 1.5 miles to Olde Town Arvada, minutes from route I-70 to head up to the mountains for hiking or skiing, 20 minutes from Denver and Golden and 25 minutes to beautiful Boulder.

Upon entrance, you will walk downstairs and see the master bedroom to your right. To your left is the main living area where the couch, chairs, high top table, murphy bed and kitchenette are visible. The bathroom and laundry room are connected to the living area.

Guest access
Your separate entrance & suite is in the back of the house. Park on the right hand side of the driveway/pull all the way in closer to the stairs if you'd like! The patio and outdoor space is yours to use as well as the entire basement suite.
