Staff was very nice... I guess this what you get for the price... property is in bad repair, trash and cigarette butts strewn around the property. Shower was moldy and dirty. Continental breakfast was disgusting, I didnt dare to eat anything. Coffee was empty.

If you're hoping to save money by staying here, please reconsider. The room was filthy, it smelled like urine outside the door, and there were no towels. We were also followed to our room by a homeless man and our neighbors were playing loud music and yelling. We also caught people looking into our car. We checked out 20 minutes after checking in. The staff at the front desk didn't offer to help improve our stay and said that because we booked through a third party, it was impossible to refund our stay. Sadly, I'll never stay at a La Quinta again even though this use to be a pleasant, budget friendly, option. We booked the Comfort Inn just up the street and it was the best decision. Costs a little more but was worth every penny. We will go back there any day.

This is the second year we have stayed at this motel. We love having an outdoor pool and a breakfast only wish that some of their stuff was fixed instead of broken down and some of the rooms did not have working TVs or air conditioners were not working, but other than that, we had a great experience.

Room was very dirty. Dirty walls / chairs . Holes in the shower curtain. Tried to go to bed and found hair all over the bed down to the mattress cover. Asked for another room and was denied. Even offered to pay more . Ended up leaving because I refused to sleep on that bed. Staff not helpful at all. Have reached out to Wyndham for a refund be still waiting for that

The front desk clerk at night was an extreme nightmare he was instantly aggressive and rude from the minute I walked through the door he overcharged me which lucked out some of my cards because they thought it was fraud. There was no Refrigeration or microwave in the room the waffle mix made my daughter sick the sausage was raw. The front desk clerk in the morning she was an absolute dream she answered all my questions figured out what happened with the money situation and was able to tell me when I would get a refund on all of it. One night they had people come by and spray paint all over the building there was creepy people arguing up and down the hallways and doing drugs. It was definitely an interesting Adventure coming from Wyoming

No house keeping service unless requested. Enough towels for 1 day - additional days towels had to be requested at the office. Stayed at this hotel 5- 7 years ago much better then. New owners or managers definitely not as good as prior owner/manager. Overall maintenance and upkeep severally lacking. Go elsewhere!

My partner and I were traveling across states to move, we stayed at La Quinta because of the pet friendliness. We realized we were going to be in later than midnight so we called ahead at 4pm. They took forever to make that change for us, but not only that, they said they might not be able to. We already paid for the room and put a card on file and paid the pet fee… We ended up getting in at 1am thanks to snow in Wyoming, we were already grumpy and tired, get our key and go to our room, get up to the second floor with all of our things only for the room to not be made. It’s like a house cleaning staff just forgot to finish the job, no sheets on the bed, bare pillows were on the floor. Ect. Had to go back down to the lobby, they were confused on what I was saying first and was like it says it was cleaned… I have photos it’s not. We got moved to a new room. But at that point we were done and so exhausted from driving a full 9 hour day plus working that morning. The fact that it felt so difficult to be accommodated for things that were the bare minimum was annoying. We had another bad experience at a different La Quinta on the same trip. I don’t think La Quintas are our hotel.

The place needs to be updated. The breakfast was COLD had to heat up the sausage and the juices were watered down, all of them. The room was not clean. It was dusty. The television didn’t work. The only good thing were the pillows. They were comfortable. We will never stay there again. To have the Wyndham name it has certain expectations and they WERE NOT MET AT ALL. Very disappointed.

The hotel was close to highway and conveniently located near food and shops. First room I was given one bed was made the other was not. I asked for a new room it was okay for a night or two. Latch didn’t close all the way but I travel with my own door security lock. Lots of people living in this hotel and saw some police activity in parking lot.

Pluses: A/C and TV worked, soap and shampoo available. Staff was courteous and helpful. Minuses: No wash cloths, one hand towel, water leaking from toilet base, hose for shower hand sprayer. Outside, walking surfaces need to be Hotsy'd to remove excessive gum. More attention needs to be paid to the breakfast area for cleanliness and organization, and to insure breakfast items are available. It seems the staff has been stretched thin as most locations with this type of breakfast have one dedicated individual to prepare and lay out food items, plates, service, napkins, etc.

"Newly renovated", the area, and posted pictures were the reasons we booked this hotel, but upon arrival to the property it was a completely different story. We had to change rooms immediately, and the second room still had cleanliness, maintenance, and saftey concerns. The property felt neglected rather than renovated, it was a totally scetchy atmosphere from the time we got there till we decided an hour later it was a safer choice to go somewhere else. Expedia had difficulty getting assistance from the front desk when trying to help resolve the situation, due to poor management obviously. Not an experience I would repeat. If traveling with family, children, or looking for a safe clean place to rest, I'd spend your money elsewhere.
