Hotel appears to be in renovation but needs a little more. The outside door doesn’t seem to close and the elevator needs updating. The front desk lady was a little curt but the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I would give it a seven. With the improvements, it could be a ten!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Property in the past was probably very nice, however, the rooms need a thorough cleaning and re-do. The first room they gave us, the sheets had dog print stains on them. The next room the windows had handprints and were so dirty in which when the sun hit it, you could barely see out. Furniture such as sofa and chair, the upholstery was so dirty and stained. Thankfully staff were nice when we asked for a later check out ...from 11 to 12. Nice that there was a Starbucks nearby and Target...good location.

To start Breakfast was terrible both food wise and service wise. The employees working the food area were not hospitable at all. The worst part was trying to get anything from housekeeping, the room had 1 roll of toilet paper and I had to track them down and they literally Ran away from me every time I tried to go get toilet paper or towels. I get that the hospitality business is rough and people are rough but almost everyone there seemed to absolutely loathe being there. Frankly I won’t stay here again. Not worth the money nor the time, of which I’ll probably not get any of that back
