I stayed for a week, and was able to work comfortably at odd hours with little outside noise and was appreciative of good working a/c! I was without a car and was kindly given a room near the Front Desk, as I had a lot of baggage!

Staff is great, large rooms, clean grounds for the most part. Cleanliness could get a bit of a step up, but ok. If you came to visit in past years here you probably wouldn't have wanted to come back but I actually feel safe here, there's all different walks of life here as far as people go, and I would recommend staying here.

This should even be on Expedia. Nasty bugs dirty air conditioner didn’t work. The best part you can only check in from 3pm to 7 pm. And they are usually gone by 6:30. DO NOT book this place. People actually live there.

I like that the staff is friendly and the area is quiet. Well mostly. I don't like that it takes a week to get your deposit back depending on your bank. Overall a good sized room with a stovetop for a decent price.

There was absolutely no hot water in either the shower or bathroom sink. Further, the light over the stove remained on overnight with no way to turn it off making sleep impossible. Bathroom fan was not working and the fan’s cover was stored on the floor leaving the housing exposed. Rough night!!
