The space
Beautifully appointed and recently remodeled suite in a victorian style home! Your suite will be on the second floor overlooking the neighborhood from your own private balcony. You will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining area and a coffee bar with a Keruig coffee machine and an electric kettle. The bedroom will greet you with a queen-sized bed with high-end cotton 600 thread count sheets and a sizable walk-in closet to store all of your belongings. The ensuite full-size bathroom will consist of a sizable bathtub for those stressful days and a washer & dryer for your convenience. There is also a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining space that will be shared with other guests. Please note, that this unit is furnished for guests only and there will be no owner clutter around any of the guests' spaces.
Guest access
The entire suite is furnished for guests only! The fully fenced yard and outdoor spaces may be shared with other guests staying at the same time in the suite below yours! The spaces are intended to be used by guests only, so enjoy!
Other things to note
There is plenty of street parking in the front of the house. Please note, that from April to November on the first Tuesday of the month, it is street sweeping day so park across the street and not in the front of the house, or you will be issued a ticket. You may continue to park normally on Tuesday evening.
