Relax and enjoy our perfect, centrally located house just 5 miles south of Downtown Denver! You can be a short ride away from Downtown Life or a peaceful Mountain View!

Just 15 min from Empower Stadium & Coors field! Jason’s Park located directly behind the house. 5 minutes from the cute entertainment of Downtown Littleton! Right next to Broadway which provides dozens of restaurants and bars to explore. An easy 15 minute drive to the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. Less than 1.5 hours from historic Colorado towns and resorts such as Estes Park, Idaho Springs, and Winter Park!

Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig, Microwave & Stove, Pots & Pans, Spices, etc.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed & attached bathroom with shower & tub.

2nd bedroom with twin day bed & full bed. The hosts live in a secondary unit in the basement that has separate entry/exit. You shouldn’t hear or see us during your stay.

Full 2nd bath in attached hallway with Washer & Dryer.

We stood 2 nights at this lovely, clean, quiet and cozy home. Camille and Jake are wonderful hosts. The home had everything we needed, everything was clean and cozy. Cute and Quiet

My husband and I were in town for an early Thanksgiving celebration. We found this home because it was conveniently located close to our family in Denver. Camille & Jake’s home is in a quiet neighborhood and located close to many restaurants and shops. It was comfortable for us and very clean. We appreciated all the amenities they provided. We would definitely stay here again .

Great stayover in Denver

Chose this property due to its ease of getting in and out fo Denver from the mountains berween stints on a camping trip and proximity to Red Rocks for a concert we attended while in Denver. The Hosts were flexible and helped us with a special request around our departure for which we were very appreciative.

The property was in an excellent location. Close to the train station and major roads. Walmart not far. The owners were in the basement but we didn't see or hear them unless we asked to. The property had everything you could need.

Girls trip

We did a girls trip to Denver to see a concert at red rocks to kick off the summer. The house was in a great neighborhood equal distance from red rocks and downtown Denver so we were able to hike and also explore the city in the same day. The host has a separate unit in the basement and so was very available if we needed help and check in and out was quick and easy. It was very clean would definitely stay again!

Great house for our week in Denver.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean, and communication with host was good. The location was perfect for everything we were wanting to do. The only downside for us is that when we originally booked it, it was not in the listing that the owners lived in the basement. It did get updated at some point prior to us traveling. There is a seperate entrance and no issues, but we have four small and very loud kids, so I found myself worried about that even though we never received any complaints. It was a positive experience, and we were happy with our stay!
