Carriage House Studio- West Highlands - Walk to Restaurants/bars!

Location. Location. Location. This beautiful and charming carriage house is an 1880s Victorian-style brick carriage house, separate from the main house, located in the marvelous and highly sought-after West Highland’s North Denver neighborhood. The neighborhood is ideally situated just west of Downtown and close to all major highways, allowing you to get to the mountains and the airport in a mere 30 minutes.

There is a separate gate entrance to the carriage house, so you feel free to come and go as you please. The space sleeps 4 guests comfortably with one queen pillow top Murphy bed and one queen memory foam Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa. The living area has a 48-inch flat-screen SMART TV with ROKU. You have access to streaming cable and Netflix. The internet has Ethernet and WiFi for those needing to do some work. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience. Guests have access to a private patio, which is lovely for a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or a nice dinner and wine in the evening.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

The carriage house is a private oasis patio with a grill, table, and chairs. There is back-door access to Highland Square, with many quaint and artisan eateries, locally owned shops, and family-friendly happenings. Take your evening stroll through the historic streets of the highlands to end up at the neighborhood wine bar or coffee house. This neighborhood is one of Denver's oldest and most charming, with Victorian-painted ladies, old bungalows, and Denver squares- for the historic architectural buffs. A Denver B-Cycle station is just around the corner, so you can rent bikes and ride to any of Denver's attractions. This charming neighborhood offers a mix of restaurants, shops, and markets, all within a peaceful and secure environment. There is access to public transportation in one block.
