BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS This apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable Queen sized bed and a large closet space. The bedroom has large windows to let in natural lighting and is directly across the hall from the full bathroom. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo so you can choose a refreshing shower or a relaxing soak in the tub. The bathroom is always fully stocked with plush towels and complimentary toiletries.
KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM When you enter the apartment, you are in the cozy living room. This living room recently got an upgrade with a spacious sectional sofa. The large Roku TV is ready to stream all of your favorites for a movie night. Or, grab a yoga mat and stretch out your sore muscles from traveling. The kitchen has a half-wall that separates it from the living space but still lets you see the TV while cooking. This apartment has a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and Keurig coffeemaker. Always fully stocked with coffee, cream & sugar as well as cookware, dishes and utensils, this kitchen is the perfect place to cook a delicious meal. There is a dining table with seating for four to the side of the kitchen.
OUTSIDE SPACE Step outside and experience the perfect (usually!) Denver weather and outdoor space with our private rooftop deck. This deck is shared between three apartments in the building (all short-term-rentals!) and is a great place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. There are multiple outdoor chairs and sofas as well as tables so you can enjoy a meal on the rooftop deck or just sit out there and chat. Note that this is a shared rooftop deck so please be mindful of other guests who are using it.
The building has an art & framing studio as well as Mr Biscuits Bakery on the ground level. The bakery has patio seating and some of the best cinnamon rolls around! Check out the different art events that the framing studio is hosting and relax and enjoy people-watching on the front patio.
SHARED SPACES This apartment is located in a building with 2 other apartments that are used as short-term rentals. You will receive a door code to get into the building and another one for your apartment door. At the top of the stairs, you will see the space for the laundry room. There is a full sized washer and dryer as well as detergent and dryer sheets for your use. The shared spaces in the building are the front entryway stairs, the hallways, laundry area, hall bathroom and rooftop deck. Please be kind and respectful of other guests in the building.

Guest Access: As guests, you will have private access to the entire apartment. You will have access to multiple shared spaces such as the main hallway, a laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer, a hallway bathroom, and the spacious rooftop deck.
Please note there is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside the building. You may smoke on the rooftop deck but do not leave any butts or paraphernalia around and be mindful of other guests on the deck.

The Neighborhood: A perfect area if you want to be around the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is in a building that also hosts commercial businesses such as a breakfast bakery and an art studio. There is a large bicycle superstore across the street, a wine bar next door and a new BBQ restaurant on the other side of our parking lot!
Getting Around: The apartment is within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants. There is an RTD stop directly across the street. Uber and Lyft are always an option, and we offer free parking if you have your own vehicle.
Other Things to Note: This is fully self check-in, you'll be given two access codes, one to the front door and one to the apartment unit.
