「Excellent vacation in a great spot but the property needs some care.」

「Quick walk to the beach. Cottage was cute. Beds were not the most comfortable. 10am checkout is frustrating.」

「Very comfortable and tidy, with all expected amenities. Centrally located, but in a quiet neighborhood. We did leave a few items behind, and Melissa was very responsive and had them in the mail to us same day. Would stay again.」

「Properly was very clean, supplied with everything we needed. Welcoming for dogs, no reissued from previous pets. Communication was excellent. Loved the welcoming touches of lights, chocolates, books and games. Thank you」

「We had a great time at this property. There is a park nearby, it's 5 minutes walk to the sea, and our cat was very welcome. Throughout our stay communication with Matt was outstanding, we couldn't have had a more accommodating host. Highly recommended! 」

「This was the perfect place for our 5 day Cape getaway. Located very centrally on the cape. Close to everything! 10 minute walk to local beach and less than 5 minute drive to other beaches. AC was a plus! Grill on the deck was put to good use as well. The outdoor shower is clean and great. There were 3 of us and place couldve accommodated 3 or 4 more. Host was easily communicated. Would stay again 100%.」
