「Beautiful house with all the things needed, great playroom for kids, comfy chairs in the living room, nice fire pit out back」

「The house was very dirty. The kitchen is ill prepared no pots and pans that match lids. Very little cook cooking equipment. The refrigerator was leaking. The dishwasher did not roll on rollers. The rugs in the kitchen are filthy. The toaster did not work properly. The back sliding door does not lock the inside door of the small bathroom downstairs was utterly filthy. The outdoors gardens have not been kept up. I would call it a dump.」
