This home was better than we could have imagined. We rent every summer for our extended family of 14 and sometimes the pics of the house are better than it is in person.... Well, not this time! This house is actually better than the photos. The kitchen, dining area, living and sitting room set up was perfect for us. We could all be involved in what was going on without being crammed into a small space. All TV's worked as they should, no issues with Wi-Fi and we had 14 people using at the same time. The kitchen had everything we needed; pots, pans, cups, plates, mugs and so many utensils. All appliances worked wonderfully and the extra fridge in the garage was great to have. All bedrooms were spacious and had nightstands with night lamps. The mattresses were amazing- my significant other and I shared the upstairs King over the living room and have never slept so well. Closet and drawer space was also plentiful. The dining table seats 10 and there are 4 counter stools. There are also a bunch of metal folding chairs in the garage if needed. Oh, I can't forget the showers!
Everyone commented on how great the water pressure was. The pool was amazing, as everyone has said. It was plenty warm and nice to not get the chlorine eye sting (since it's salt water). The yard was very large and the pool patio area has enough seating for a small army! The BBQ was also in good shape and there were three extra butane tanks on hand in case we needed them (Thank you Steve!). We went on our family trip during one of the hottest weeks of Summer 2022 and were spoiled by the hardworking AC in the home. The location was super convenient for food shopping, touristy stuff, kayaking and going to the beach. Everything is within about 5-7 minutes. We cannot say enough about Steve, the owner. The reviews are true, he really is that great and accommodating. His response time is extremely fast should you need anything or have any house related questions. The property and home are both very well maintained. There is an abundance of Hydrangeas and the grass is perfectly green. The home itself is in great shape, too. I know I've picked a good place when all week long, the family talks about coming back again next year. Thank you Steve! We will be back!
