The bathroom door did not lock at all. The TV never turned on.

The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel’s beachfront location couldn’t have been better. The staff even came around with cooling towels to give to guests on the beach. The only small downside was some renovation noise near the lobby and pool, but overall I was very happy with my stay. I also had dinner on the property; although the staff were quite busy and meals came out at different times, they stayed attentive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. The property is run by a very friendly and helpful couple who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. For e.g., when the studio wifi failed they set us up on their personal home wifi (which is next door). The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and the room and bathroom were very comfortable. However a car is essential, the hotel is located some distance away from the main road up a rather winding and hilly incline.

Property was amazing with super friendly staff who looked after the family extremely well. Our daughter had her 4th birthday whilst staying and the staff made her a cake and even went out of their way to get her a present and card. Super friendly staff who went above and beyond in everything they did.
