This is a bright and cosy apartment with AC in the beach of Les Marines, in Denia, perfect for 4 people.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There in one bathroom. In the living room there is an AC device that refreshes the whole apartment.

In the bright living-dining room you will be able to organize a meal with your family, relax on the comfy sofas or watch TV.
The open kitchen is equipped with blender, coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, microwave, dishwasher, vitro, electric oven, fridge, cutlery and a lot more. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs so you can have breakfast enjoying the sunshine.

In this fenced complex there are around 2000 m2 of communal areas: there is a lawn area where your kids will love to play and have fun while you swim in the pool or sunbathe. There are two pools and two children pools.

For those who prefer the sea, the beach of Leas Marines is only 350 meters away! It is a spacious and quiet beach ideal for the whole family. Nearby you will find many bars and restaurants, so you can spend the whole day at the beach with no worries. Nearby there are some places that are worth to visit: the rocky beaches of ���las Rotas”, the marine reserve of Cabo San Antonio or the castle of Denia. You can find diving activities, trekking and cycling paths.
