This delightful 1-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin is absolutely perfect for your family’s vacation, and is partially handicapped accessible! (not ADA compliant). Upon entering through the front door, you’ll discover an open and airy kitchen, dining, and living area with stainless steel appliances, including a Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, a large dining table with four chairs, a breakfast bar with two bar stools, a comfy living space accompanied by a free-standing gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a flat-screen monitor with a Blu Ray player. Proceeding down the hallway, you’ll discover one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a ¾-bath with a stack washer and dryer, a second bedroom…also with 1-queen sized bed, a third primary bedroom with 1-full sized bed and a ½-bath. A tankless water heater serves the cabin with an endless hot water supply. Just outside the front door, you’ll find a gas grill, and on the side yard, the cabin has its own private hot tub. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions), Wi-Fi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
