We were busy getting from the airport and stopping for lunch at POP’s in Deerfield Beach (a must for those who haven’t tried it). Our host sent us the address and code to the door so we could get in right after 4pm. I like to cook (fish from POP’s and Captain Clay’s in Delray), the kitchen was well equipped and clean.Location is the best, especially with two new restaurants in the same block. Walk anywhere in Delray!

Great proximity and walkability. Free parking is a huge bonus. We had one tiny issue that was fixed immediately. Host was gracious and accommodating. Also met a very nice neighbor from Atlanta while we were there and had lots of discussions.

Cute 1BR in an awesome neighborhood.

We have stayed in Laura's properties a number of times. All of them have been updated and very clean and this was no exception. I love the neighborhood (Pineapple Grove). It is walking distance to Atlantic Ave.

This is the perfect getaway for Delray Beach, walking to art galleries, music venues and restaurants. Close to beach and multiple nature parks. Groceries nearby

Location, location, location

This VRBO is in the perfect Pineapple Grove location to take advantage of everything Delray has to offer. Atlantic Ave, Arts Garage, the 3rd on 3rd. groceries and market close by. It is a smaller unit, good for a couple. In window a/c, no laundry (laundromat a short drive and laundry pick up available). Would stay again. Laura was very quick to respond to any questions or problems.

Owner uncooperative and uninterested

We arrived to find the floors and baseboards dirty, only one towel, Shower faucet could not be turned enough to get hot water, no beach chairs as advertised, no outside grill, incorrect wifi information and the we could not get local stations on the TV (owner argued with me about this but turned out it was a bad antenna)The outside concrete walks are dirty, cracked and mildewed. The only outside seating was an old concrete round table and benches, also dirty and mildewed. We have stayed many times at places through vrbo and have always had a wonderful experience. This was truly awful. No amenities, no coaster, pot holders, no place in the shower to put shampoos, etc except on the shower floor. No matter how long you stay you get only 2 towels and no fresh sheets.
