The electric switches were loose The shower screen was leaking just needs a sealent applied The room fridge was in a cupboard and was overheating due to lack of ventilation for the fridge

Great Hotel

My stay at the Palazzo in met every expectation I could have had. The staff was very courteous. There was always someone available who spoke English if needed. Room service took place in just minutes and if something wasn’t right they took it back no questions. When you enter the lobby while to ask questions have them book you an Uber or taxi they always offer you water, coffee, or cappuccino at no cost. I have never had a hotel so accommodating. The rooms were very clean spacious with amenities. I am returning to India in a couple months and have already booked my room there for my next trip. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.
