Not as good as the ratings shown on websites

The hotel stay was OK. Location is good but the road leading to the hotel is congested and even blocked from one side. The hotel administration should do something about that. The stay itself was Okayish as the towels and bed sheets were not so clean and the door handle was faulty. The room service was prompt and food was good quality but the restaurant itself was under renovation so breakfast menu option was very limited. Also during my 4 day stay the wifi didnt work for 2 days. Overall I would say the hotel is not as good as the ratings mentioned on the travel websites

Great guys at the front desk.

Customer service wise, the hotel staff are unbeatable, they were simply awesome! Location wise, it depends. For me, I came for US Visa application, so, in terms of this, the location is almost perfect. But the downsides are: the property is quite old and the AC was ineffective. Wi-Fi speed is only moderate. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. I will stay again if the AC us good enough.

Lots of room for improvements

Hotel cleanliness can be better . Decoration of the room lacks continuous maintenance. Wiring and holes visible on the walls and flooring. Not hot water available on two occasions . Breakfast extremely limited for the price stated. Staff are polite , couteous and extremely helpful. Thats the only asset.

Excellent Stay!!

I came for US Visa stamping, The hotel is very near (Walking Distance) to one of the US consulate( Bio Metric), Very Amazed with the Hospitality that I received during my stay. Staff were awesome and very respectful. !!Keep Up the Good work !!
