Amazing staff! Room was cleaned but the furniture and the fixtures are old. Gym was well equipped. Pool was closed due to a private party for the regular hotel guests.
Crockeries left outside uncovered overnight.

I would say this is 5+ star stay. We felt at home. Excellent hotel location. Shopping center walking distance. Atmosphere is great. Room was excellent, clean and spacious. Customer service is top notch by every staff/employees we connected. Aman and Ishu at reception were excellent. Dining is fabulous, all meals, so many varieties. Rajeev snd Aayush, the Managers at restaurant were excellent. Hotel set up Holi celebration for the guests which was simply amazing. Worth the stay, good value as well. Definitely will refer to friends. Thank you to everyone we connected.

It was an excellent experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, beautifuly decorated, the dining room and breakfast was both breathtaking and the food was delicious with many options to choose from. I will go back anytime.

We stayed for 2 nights after Do Dham Yatra. The place is located in the buzzing modern shopping area with many restaurants and shopping malls within 100yards.

Breakfast spread was great, service and hospitality was top notch. Property is good too and has a gym, sauna, steam and pool too which is great. Rooms are fine. We had an issue with the smell coming from the drainage throughout the stay but other than that it was good. They did try to fix it but wasnt able to.

Disappointing Stay at Hyatt Centric, Dehradun Our recent stay at Hyatt Centric in Dehradun was far from what we expected from a hotel of this caliber. While the front office staff and all other employees were wonderful and the location was great, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. We could clearly hear the TV running in the next room, making it impossible to sleep. Although the hotel accommodated our request for a room change, the new room was no better—outside noises from people talking and walking were still very audible and equally disturbing. Additionally, in both rooms, the toilet flush was defective. Water kept running after flushing, and we had to press the flush multiple times and hold it down to stop the water. This is unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one charging premium prices. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing. We expected much better from a brand like Hyatt. Given the high price, lack of basic amenities, and major soundproofing issues, we feel completely ripped off. We would never recommend staying here.
