Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Avoid This Hotel – Safety & Hygiene Nightmare Don’t be fooled by the pictures—reality is far worse. The rooms have no amenities or phones, forcing you to run around for basic things like towels. Room service doesn’t exist; it’s a self-service setup. Safety concerns? There were rats in the room’s ceiling and in the kitchen, where I waited 20 minutes for a cold coffee. The smell of rat feces in the room was unbearable, and the staff offered no real solutions. The flush was leaking too. Despite paying extra for breakfast through Expedia, the hotel refused to provide it, and Expedia didn’t resolve the issue. This hotel is unsafe, unhygienic, and poorly managed. Expedia should stop promoting it. Save yourself the trouble—book a hostel instead!
