Perched just a short stroll from pickleball courts, the pool, picnic areas, and the community food truck, this five-bedroom stunner comfortably sleeps up to 17 guests, making it the ultimate basecamp for family adventures, friend reunions, or multi-generational getaways.

Step inside to an airy, open-concept main level where every inch speaks of thoughtful design — from the gas log fireplace and high-end furnishings to the custom tile work and designer hardware that grace every bathroom, comfort and luxury are around every corner. The heart of the home is warm and inviting, with a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, cozy living area, and a wall of glass doors that invite you onto the main deck. Out there, you'll find outdoor dining, a crackling wood-burning fireplace, a mounted TV, and sweeping mountain views that practically demand you stay for "just one more sunset."

The sleeping setup is simply unmatched and comfortably accommodates up to 17 guests :
- Upper Level: Three private king suites, each a sanctuary of comfort and style.
- Lower Level: A playful bunk room with twin beds suspended over queen beds (plus a massive TV for movie marathons) and a second bunk-style king room with a twin-over-king setup.
- Main Floor : Queen pull-out sofa

Downstairs is even more to discover : the lower deck beckons with a bubbling hot tub, a swinging lounge bench, and space to simply breathe in the mountain air. Kids (and the young at heart) will love the quaint playhouse filled with interactive toys, while the garage game room delivers hours of fun with foosball, basketball shootout, an arcade game, darts, a leather sofa, and a big-screen TV.

Only 1 full bath downstairs and that is said to sleep 9 people. Also, walk to pool but NOT to gym. During winter the gym and sauna seemed like highlights but not close to house. Very close to neighbors and game room is really converted garage and drafty. Set up for “rental” and premium price tag but not as ideal as photos look. Also, Trash full upon arrival and not taken until we left. Stayed 2 nights for price of 4 and was ready to leave. Tight quarters for number of guests it ‘sleeps” during the winter.
