This gorgeous, spacious waterfront home has something for everyone. With over 6,000 sq ft, there are 7 bedrooms with beds for 20 people- 2 kings, 6 queens, 1 Full and twin bunk beds.

• One mile from Cotton port boat ramp
• Ample parking- room for at least 5 truck and trailer boat rigs

• Pontoon boat available for rent during summer months for $200 per day

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
All garbage must be bagged and put in cans outside/garage. Break down cardboard boxes and stack neatly BESIDE the cans.
Bring all used linens and towels to laundry room.Do not remove comforters, pillow shams or anything with a zipper on it.
Put indoor/outdoor furniture back where you found it. Make sure gas is turned off at the grill. Remove grease/drippings pan from grill if used. Do not leave cooking utensils outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
