「Stayed two nights. First night (Fri), the people next door to us (609) were loud and playing music until 4am. Called security and was told they would let a manager know and the manager would call me back. The manager never called back. Second night, we found several dried blood spots on the bed comforter. Very nasty. Called housekeeping and they did change all of the bedding at our request. Not sure if I want to stay there again. 」

「Stayed at the Marco Hotel recently. The check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is also super convenient..especially if you’re heading to the convention center. That said, the room itself was…off. The overall vibe felt a bit funky, and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong urine odor that was hard to ignore. Definitely took away from the stay. Great people and location, but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement.」

「Yes not bad. Hostess did not want to make more coffee at 20 minutes till nine when they ran out. But she did after i had to ask. Breakfast starts at 07:00AM but gravy was cold. All other ok」

「The shower curtain was to the top of the of tub and every time we showered it almost flooded the floor. The hotel overall looked not clean. And old. The breakfast wasn’t great. The staff was nice though. 」

「The staff and manger were unprofessional. The air conditioner in the room was so loud we couldn't sleep. No hair dryer was provided i had to call and get one. The room was nice but didnt make up for the rude staff. Terrible experience.」

「Milk was sour, not good, which is fine, room door was broke, wouldn't lock. Had to get fixed, found 2 baby cockroachs in the room. Had to have the keys fixed multiple times for no acess to our room. Staff was very friendly but the overall stay was not the greatest lol. 」

「Disappointing Check-In Experience - I arrived at 2:45 PM and was told to wait until the official 3:00 PM check-in time, which is understandable. However, when I returned at 3:10 PM, I was told the room still wasn't ready and that they would call me within the hour. That call never came. I eventually returned at 5:30 PM to finally get my keys. Communication was poor, and it’s frustrating to waste several hours of my trip waiting for a room that should have been ready on time.」

「A staff that is wonderful. Honest, good willed, caring people. Room was decent. Probably among the better places to stay in Sulpher. Off the main drag a big. If you need a place to stay for a few hours. Better alone than with a partner for the double bedrooms. Cost worth. 」
