"Nice place"

"Parking was easy and safe. Love the location across from the University entrance. Easy to walk to sporting events and not worry about campus parking. Was quite happy and thankful we got a free upgraded King Suite. the accomodations were reasonable for the price paid. Breakfast items were lacking at times but made due with what they had. Waffles and toppings, as well as biscuits and gravy were good. Lack of milk was disappointing, as well as no gravy on our last morning. Floor creaking from room above was not pleasant and interrupted early morning sleep. Be aware there is no elevator at this property. Not a problem for us though. Will stay again!"

"Room was good and was clean upon arrival. We always like staying there for the close proximity to the university and downtown area. We stayed three nights. I was disappointed this time that they did not offer a room refresh. "

The bathtub was perfect for relaxing and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, even leaving us a gift We will definitely highly recommend!!!"
