Dearing Vacations

"I booked and paid for a king suite online and upon arrival I had been downgraded to a double queen suite. Granted still suite, however I don't like the tiny little beds. I sleep in a king at home therefore I want a king when I'm traveling for vacation. The lady at the front desk told me there was nothing she could do that they were booked up she couldn't explain why I was downgraded. I explain to her I already had paid online in full for my sweet showed her my receipt but once again she said...

"The property was behind everything else and the road without clearly marked access to get to. The pool wasn’t usable. When I left and asked for a receipt I was told it would be sent by email."

"Everyone was amazing! I went with my daughter for one night on our way home and I wish I could remember the woman's name who worked the desk when we got there but she was so incredible. So nice and welcoming. I was so nervous staying somewhere alone with my daughter and she made the entire experience feel so safe. I couldn't be more thankful. ❤️ The rooms were clean, the breakfast was yummy!"
