気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Wyndom and expedia both showed 4 available suites on their sites after we booked our suite. We paid and when we arrived at the property the girl at the desk put us in a regular room. We asked for our suite and we recieved attitude and were told that there are no suites at that location. We told the lady at the desk we wanted a refund on the price difference as the price of the suites are more than the regular rooms. She told us we didn't know what we were talking about and that they weren't priced differently. We asked to speak to the manager, but were told he was unavailable because he was traveling.
We again asked for the room we paid for but were given more snotty attitude. The girl said she could refund our money and then changed her response to, she could cancel our reservation. She sent us an email cancelling our reservation but the funds were not returned to the account. This hotel is falsely advertising, and when customers ask for what they paid for, they are treated poorly.
Also there was no water in the pool or jacuzzi. This is an blatant scam and there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot. Obviously others have gotten the memo that this place is a scam and NOT somewhere you should book a room STAY AWAY!!
