「Didn’t get money worth for the $500+ stay. Paint chipping everywhere, there are no microwaves in the rooms, the hot breakfast is really nothing but oatmeal, the pools were nasty I was hoping to get in after a long drive. It was completely disgusting.」

「It’s was perfect for my needs」

「Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.」

「There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.」

「Bugs in the Bed」

「エアポートホテルとはいえ、空港から（まで）のアクセスがなく結局Uberを頼まなくてはいけなくて宿は周りより安かったけど、総合的には高くついたので、ホテルの情報として無料シャトルの有無など明確にした方が良いと思いました。Uberの運転手さんが隣のマリオットからは無料送迎シャトルが出てるから、そっちから乗るといいよと親切に教えてくれたけど、大荷物を持って道を渡るわけにもいかず、Uberだけが頼りとなる宿だったので、車など足がない人には不向きの場所です。 夜９時頃に到着したが、宿にはもちろんのこと、周りに食べるところが一切なく食事なしで夜を過ごした。」

「フライトディレイのため、やむなく急遽予約し、宿泊させていただきました。 あまり清潔感はありませんでしたが、宿泊するのになんの問題もなかったです。」

「Great place」

「夫婦、小学生2人、幼稚園児1人で8月に利用しました。 よかった点 安い 車で近くに大きなスーパーがある。 改善してほしい点 製氷機が稼働していない。 外に通じるドアが閉まりにくい。 プールが閉まっていた。コロナ対策のようだ。 Wi-Fiが弱すぎて、繋がらない。 古い建物だからこそ、ロビーや、フロントは整理整頓に努めてほしい。スタッフの方は親切でした。」

「Hardly any beers were available at the lobby Shop. A can of local beer cost $7.61. The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was absolutely abysmal. You can’t out on your makeup except by the bedroom window in the daytime. The water pressure at the sink is quite low, so it’s hard to wash up. Signage for the Restaurant would be nice. The staff were very nice and helpful.」
