We love the house and location. Unfortunately, there were cockroaches in the kitchen, and the hot tub was less than desirable to use. Only one side of the Jets worked, and it was not clean.

Only one elevator working....evidently not a new situation. Ice machines not working or out of ice. The one elevator sounded like a four alarm at each floor. The staff was quite pleasant and accommodating.
