We had a dinner reservation at the restaurant that wowed us on arrival but left very disappointed after the meal. Menu was disappointing and overpriced. Need to hire a new chef and less more attentive staff. 」
「I had paid the room price on the Hotels.com website, and only had to pay city tax at the hotel. When I checked-in, however, I was charged the room price on top of the city tax.

They just said "this is correct", "the right amount will be charged after my check-out", and something like that.

「Good location, near a bus stop which takes you directly to Centraal and Zaanse Schans. Room was clean, modern and well equipped. Only downside is there is an additional charge to use the pool. 」
「Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel gut gelegen! Aber beim Einchecken hab ich bemerkt das das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber ist , (habe Haare gefunden) ,und die Nachttisch Lampen funktionierten nicht! Das Essen von dem Kellner der sehr unfreundlich und rechthaberisch war, war richtig schlecht ! Aber Gott sei Dank wurde die Unannehmlichkeiten geklärt.vielen Dank und das Frühstück am Morgen sehr fein und der Kaffe einer der besten in Amsterdam 🙌」
