Good location with 5-min walking to the train station and in the middle of the old quarter. The hotel is on a very busy street lined with restaurants and a few blocks from the De Wallen and Royal palace.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, loads better than travelodge and premier inn. The bathroom was small but had a great shower. It was very quiet, didn’t hear any other guests. Very handy for exploring. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were given a bag of goodies when we checked out. Would definitely stay again. We didn’t use any of the amenities so can’t comment on them.

Rooms were clean but spartan. Tiny shower with no wand makes washing a challenge. Reminded me of a room at uni... very basic. Room was a bit tired, stained carpet, non-functioning window blind, cracks in plaster. Also can be loud from street noise at night. Staff was always friendly and helpful. A refresh of the rooms would make this a 5 star experience. As it is, it's just okay. Very close to the train station.

Loved the location. The staff were super helpful. The shower pressure was fantastic. The bed was super clean and comfy. Down side: it’s impossible to have a shower with out getting the floor wet and the carpet is a bit old. I would stay again for sure.

This was such an enjoyable stay. The location is perfect to the station and for getting around. The staff were spectacular!! So friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcomed and would highly recommend this hotel 💖

The staff at the Luxor was amazing. They went above and beyond to take care of us. The location is definitely a plus. Puts you right in the middle of the happening place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Luxor.

Checkin and checkout were quick and efficient. Coffee machines with a selection of biscuits and sweets were available on the lower floor for free. A package with coffee, crisps and sweets was given on departure for your travel home. Staff really friendly, room warm but had air-conditioning. 3 single bedded room was spacious. 24 hour reception staff. Didn't hear other guests at all. Excellent location for everthing. Would 100% return or recommend. xxx

The staff was very welcoming and helping. Stored our luggage until our room was available. It’s little older unit but most are unless you want to stay at a fancy one with a high price. It is 7 minutes from the train station and about 12 minutes from the boat docks. Plenty of restaurants. Anne Frank house is 20 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again if we go to Amsterdam.
