We were overall very satisfied with our stay. However, we were a bit shocked by the service fee: we had to pay €10 per night, and together with the city tax this came to a total of €62 for three nights, which felt quite high. On the positive side, the location was excellent – the metro was right next door.

This was a great hotel at the end of the subway line so it was easy to get to and from the place. Staff were very friendly and the room nice and very clean

The hotel was nice and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Though I liked how eco-friendly the hotel was, I would’ve liked for the room to have been a bit warmer too! You can’t control the heating much - which is not ideal for such a cold winter. The only option for food at lunch and dinner was pizza.

Great staff. Comfortable room. Tasty breakfast with huge choice. Location was excellent - literally right next to Noord metro & 5 minute ride to Centraal. Could not fault the place. My only minor grumble was the towels were tiny & poor quality, but that’s literally the only thing that could be improved.

Really enjoyed our stay! Hotel was wonderful and the breakfast was great. There was not much around the hotel but it was very easy to take the Metro to City Centre. Two stops to Central Station and three stops to Dam Square. Only complaint was that the beds were very squeaky and not the most comfortable. Would stay there again.

Decent hotel very close to Noord station. The room was pretty small, but facilities were good, including the coffee machine. Would have been nice to have pods replenished. The entrance to the hotel with black decor felt a bit opppressive. But overall a comfortable stay.

The surrounding area is not very attractive. It's close to the train station so commute to the city center is quick. But there is not much around the hotel. There aren't any coffee shops, restaurants etc. The area feels kind of abandoned. The hotel is nice and rooms are decent. Had I known what was in the surrounding area I would probably stay in the city as a first timer to Amsterdam.
