「Charming home, great location. Walking distance to downtown area. Marina right across the street. Unfortunately, the docks were blocked off and we weren't able to acess the unobstructed views of the water for great pictures of the sunrises and ships passing by. House was clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Would definitely stay again.」

「My partner, dog and I came to sugar island to experience a new place in the UP and we will certainly be returning to Sweet Retreat!! Sheri and Jeff were the most accommodating of hosts and truly go above and beyond to ensure everyone’s comfort and fun. We used the bikes on the property and were lucky enough to take a pontoon cruise with the hosts our last night. The cabin was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough! We can’t wait to come back!」
