"I stayed for one night while visiting Santa Clara University with my daughter. The hotel was super close and convenient as it is not only across the street from SCU, but also next to a bus stop to/from the airport and the Caltrain which goes into San Francisco. The staff was very friendly, I appreciate using the gym during my stay and loved the convenience of the suite with kitchenette so we could store breakfast food. The property was also very quiet despite being near a relatively busy road. It’s definitely stay here again."

"This hotel doesn't deserve even two stars. It is very old and poorly maintained. There are broken faucets, dirty and peeling carpeting, chipped and grimy walls, mold in the bathrooms, and mattresses that are over 20 years old. Even the renovated rooms feature old, scratched furniture and the worst mattresses in the world; it feels like an abandoned building where no one has spent a single penny on upkeep. The staff members are very friendly, but that alone is not enough to warrant a positive rating."

"It is located very close to Santa Clara University which is why we picked it. The sink did not drain and filled with water. There was a handprint on the wall in some clear liquid. The price was good. "

"It was great! Clean rooms. The only down side was the parking spaces were so small. They will ask for $200 deposit. And very pleased that the money was sent back right after we checked out. "
