"Room and bed nice enough. Super unusual and difficult to use tech (I’m in my 30s). Impossible to adjust lighting. Terrible bathroom lighting for shaving / makeup with dumb ring light built into mirror. Lamp in corner unplugged with nowhere to plug it in. Elevators are baffling to use. Have to reserve a “slot” at the pool for an hour in advance and it’s full of screaming children even though there is a policy against thing at most times. You have to pay extra to use the sauna. Gym is tiny (looks big in pictures) and equipment is modern but not useful. For the price, not good. "

"The property is located outside the city centre. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in before the scheduled time, which was greatly appreciated. There is parking available, although spaces cannot be reserved. The hotel was very clean throughout our stay. The room could benefit from some updating; however, the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, so this is likely to improve soon. "

"Affordable price with good service. Plus free breakfast. Close to bus stop and train station. Very convenient to go anywhere. Bed is comfortable. Room is very clean. We did change stay to Hilton , pay extra $100 per night. Later we move back to holiday inn , Because the same conditions of the room , but Hilton is no breakfast and far from train station. Compared both, holiday inn express is our best choice. "

"Good location, staff was friendly and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. My room was next to the staff-restaurant door so it was pretty noisy from around 5 am. "

"Great rooms, great amenities, everything is generally great but on this visit, I requested a wake-up call as I had to catch an early flight. The wake-up call never came though I stressed its importance. Thankfully, my sixth sense startled me awake at just the right time. For an airport hotel, I would hope that this would be a "sure thing". Otherwise, very good"
