The room we had was on the small side but worked good for us 3 . Price was reasonable for being dayton 500 weekend. They had a small tiki bar outside by pool area. "Communication was fabulous with our host, even on Christmas Day! The facility is clean and well supplied, as well as there was plenty of room for two adults and one preteen for the two overnights we were in town. It never hurts that we were staying right on the beach! I know we will consider staying here again when visiting family in Daytona! "

"The building looks like it should be condemned. When I arrived I thought the property was closed it was in such bad shape. There’s no way I would ever take children of any age to this property. They have a security guard park his car and stand at the front entrance in the evening. Definitely the worst place I’ve stayed as an adult."
