Not the best…..
While this was certainly not the worst place to stay in Daytona, it was far from the best. Overall, this house was pretty underwhelming. Compared to the photos everything looked pretty run down, old, and lackluster. The inside was pretty empty and didn’t feel like the home away from home we were looking for. Another big issue were the beds, which weren’t very comfortable and didn’t provide me and my team with good rest while we were here for our basketball tournament. Overall, I wouldn’t have much to complain about, but there seemed to be an extreme lack of regard from our host. Of all the homes i’ve rented, i’ve never had a host respond as little as this one did. He seemed to have no care for the quality of our stay, as he never checked in with us like most hosts do. Furthermore, when I asked him for the WiFi password multiple times, he didn’t respond, leaving us with no access for our entire stay. I do think this place has potential if the owner was to put more effort into it. The area was kind of sketchy at night, but that’s how most of Daytona seems to be anyway.
