Located on one of the most desirable sections of beach side. Sea Woods! Relaxing, clean, well cared for, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor end unit (no elevator), with in-unit washer and dryer for after the beach cleanup. Kitty corner from one of the 3 huge swimming pools, clubhouse and tennis courts. In addition, you can walk across the street to the major walkover to the No Drive Beach! Located convenient to shopping and entertainment right down the street. Jack and Jill style bathroom separates the 2 generous size bedrooms 2 and 3; the large master bedroom has its own on-suite bath. Other amenities include pickleball courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, 2 clubhouses, and sauna. And far enough away from the highway for peace and quiet on your screen enclosed balcony overlooking the woods. Watch sunrises and enjoy evenings with your toes in the sand knowing you have a place to go back to just minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. Condo was clean and safe, offered privacy and comfort for family with teens, and was close to beach. The collection of beach needs like chairs, umbrella, and towels was so appreciated and made it easy for us to enjoy the beach. Host was wonderful and available for support if needed during the trip.

Home Away from Home

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the beach. The rental had everything we needed and even some extras. 6 night stay with 4 adults and 2 teenagers…. It was comfortable and spacious. Definitely would book again.

Great Place

Great for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids with plenty of room for more. Awesome location with short walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants/ shops. Clean and well stocked.

Quiet and comfortable

Very comfortable three bedroom condo, two bath with plenty of room for everyone. Quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks walk to the beach. All the amenities you could ask for. Good communication with the host, easy check in and out. It is on the second floor but that was not a problem for our group. Assigned parking and also visitor spots if needed. Definitely recommend this property for a nice and comfortable New Smyrna Beach stay.

Super Nice

The condo is relaxing, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. It is a quiet neighborhood and super close to the beach. We were there for business so we were not able to enjoy the beach and or the pool. Hopefully another time. The hosts were easy to reach and very helpful.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped condo

This condo was great! Check in was seamless, communication with owner was instantaneous, and the condo was clean and spacious. We didn’t use the twin beds, but the other beds were soft and comfortable (yet also supportive)- the best we’ve ever had, in any rental. Plenty of beach supplies, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We have stayed in several New Smyrna Beach condos, and prefer this complex to staying right on the beach. Sea Woods is quiet, nature surrounds you, and the amenities are great. The heated pool is warmer than any other pools I’ve used in New Smyrna Beach. We went swimming repeatedly, even though the weather was in the 40’s to low 60’s. Great stay, thank you!! If we visit NSB again, we definitely want to stay in this condo again.

Our home away from home

60th Birthday Girls’ Trip

Amplifying all the wonderful things I read about this place to book it: clean, quiet, convenient to the beach, safe, cute, well appointed. Rick is so responsive to any/every question you could possibly have. And the place is stocked with any/every item you could ask for to enjoy a fun beach vacation. I would definitely stay here again! Our check-in was seamless. The condo was beautiful, beachy and very well appointed. There was obvious attention to detail. Everything you could ever need

We have stayed in a lot of places, this one was the best. The host has thought of everything. Kitchen well equipped, lots of beach stuff, great beds and plenty of room.
