"This is a beautiful historic property, lovingly maintained to the last detail. The view from our room was stunning. Having breakfast on the front porch was a surreal experience. The hostess was welcoming and friendly. She genuinely cares about each guest. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Will definitely be coming back!"

"We have been going here for years. I only have them a 4, because they are in the middle of upgrades, and you should be aware. That said, the staff, the grounds with a beautiful outdoor hot tub, and the amenities, it is still the best. The staff, from maintenance and housekeeping, front desk, meal staff, all just so nice and accommodating. Best customer service ever. The vies and grounds all amazing. "This is a decent hotel. It's clean and the room I had was quiet even though the freeway is nearby. The remote for the TV didn't work in the first room I was assigned. It seems like that is something you would know in advance. I was moved to another room, but offered no assistance in moving my things. The breakfast is fairly weak. A waffle machine, some juice, and a choice of two cereals. No rolls or bread to make toast even though there was a toaster. It's not high cost, so you get what you...
