After a long drive to this old frontier town the hotel was pretty much what you would expect. It was clean and the room was comfortable and unusually large, Where the hotel really scored was in its lounge where the food was exceptionally good and the portions very generous. We only stayed 1 day and I was disappointed not to be able to have another of their tasty burgers

Room was clean , bed comfortable, shower worked great, receptionist (Jasmine?) was very pleasant & helpful. Parking on street works fine. No elevators and one must be able to use stairs

We were unaware that our room was on the second level, which required lugging our belongings up 2 sets of stairs. The staff helped us out ( she was a tiny front desk clerk). Because of our late arrival, we ate in the lounge which was welcomed and was good. Breakfast was good.

The staff were so helpful. We needed to stay an extra night because of a flat tire, and we were able to keep the room we had. The room was clean and bright.

Tried to check in at 3:30 pm but no rooms were ready. We were put in the detached auxiliary building because we had booked through Expedia (I’m not sure why). Room itself was clean but the A/C was extremely loud so we couldn’t use it. Breakfast was great - excellent omelette and very good server. She saved it for this Coast property!

Very clean room. Sheets smelled as though they had been ironed. Good shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. I just wish that there had been a ramp to bring our suitcases into the hotel. It would be difficult for a disabled person. We would definitely stay there again. The hotel deserves a higher rating.
