Never got a response from the owner prior to arrival when I emailed with questions. Check in/out emails were all automated.
Apartment absolutely stunk of cigarette on arrival and despite using air freshener and keeping windows open alot, we never got the smell out.

Property is old with some recent spotty updates like espresso coffee machines in the lobby. Only one of two elevators was working which caused crowding and waits. Our room had an old, small bathroom with failed grout. The small kitchen was useful only as an extra sink and counter space. There were two flat screens which were not necessary. One covered the only space for a a suitcase. Everything worked. Price was economy but this is definitely not a four-star hotel.
