Parking was easy. It was nice to know we would always have a spot and didn't have to hunt. At first I was a little off put as we didn't know we would have$30 a day self park, but in Vancouver, and this location it just is what it is. Staff was wonderful at all points. Helpful, smiley, engaging and delightful. Our room.... The space was great and the view was phenomenal. If you were iffy about cleanliness, you'd be upset. We just had to turn a blind eye a bit... A few missed spots, crumbs, dust and dirt. We were there on spring break, and in sure the cleaners were stretched for time.. I assume. The building is a little bit older... But to be expected. Definitely some wear and updating needed in the bathroom and windows. The walls are thin. If you're a light sleeper. .. We were ok. But honestly delightful to look out at the water, to be in a space so close to everything and on top of the market was amazing.

The staff was absolutely lovely!

We were able to check in several hours early, as there was a room available. Suite was great. Separate bedroom. Well equipped kitchen beautiful view of downtown and the ocean. Location great. Local fruit market and bakery almost next door. Lots of restaurants

Okay, clean, staff very nice

Lovely staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. Downside was our room shared a wall with a service elevator. We could hear staff laughing and talking through the vents from 430-730am everyday.
