"We loved our stay at this property. Having the entire place to ourselves with so much beautiful land around us was incredible, and our dog absolutely loved being able to run freely. We specifically wanted to stay away from the busy tourist areas like Gatlinburg, and this location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and slow-paced, which gave our family much-needed quality time together.Richard is an excellent host and Carrie is a fantastic property manager. Both were incredibly responsive, friendly, and understanding throughout our stay. Just a quick note for future guests: the gravel/dirt driveway is uphill, and our minivan initially struggled getting up it when it was pouring rain as we arrived. Carrie later took care of it, and it was much easier afterward.Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!"

"Oh my goodness i couldnt have asked for a better getaway. Quiet, peaceful, and my dog had a blast. I especially loved the gazebo on the pond with the swing. And there were several close hiking trails that we drove to. I didnt want to leave. The host was so attentive when i messaged. I felt right at home."

"Don't Judge this Hotel by It's Cover! The Staff was Great, the Room was Great, Sheets/Towels/Bed was Great, not much to.complain about.
CONS: the door had a huge gap at bottom which let it in cold but I put a towel and it stopped that. If you get a room on the backside, parking and walking to your room can get a little tricky. I like seeing my car from my room and this was not entirely possible BUT These are nitpicky...price was amazing for what you get!"

"The house was warm and cozy with plenty of room for kids to play inside and outside. Plenty of extras… Jeannie was very sweet and accommodating. The welcome basket with snacks for the kids was such a nice touch. We definitely recommend the property and will use the house again in the future. Thank you again. "
